Welcome to Cofeshow ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

Cofeshow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Subscriptions

Cofeshow offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually

Premium features include:

• Removal of watermark from exported videos
• Unlimited video exports
• Priority support

3. Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to your photos, videos, and audio files. The App processes your content locally on your device to create video slideshows. Cofeshow does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App to create content that infringes on the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
